Great location, right in the city center and very near the town square. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with car arrangements and lending me a converter. The room design was superb, especially for an architect like me.

We were the lack of control over the air conditioning in our room. It was very hot, especially since we stayed during the summer, and we had to call the front desk to adjust the AC. Additionally, our room had a slight smell of sewer gas in the bathroom.

our second visit to vicenza was made extra special by a lovely stay at a charming hotel with fantastic staff, beautiful design, and a delicious breakfast. loved exploring the quiet old town. exceeded our expectations for a honeymoon getaway.

Ac control in room was a letdown.

The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a range of dishes to please anyone. The location of the hotel was amazing, close to all the major landmarks and yet quiet enough to have a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

The room we stayed in was poorly designed, lacking shelves and having a glass bathroom door that did not close properly. The top of the cupboard could not be opened, and the bath taps were difficult to use without getting into the tub.
